Joey Graziadei once dated the old-fashioned way.

Before he went on national television to find love, the newest “Bachelor” stayed off dating apps, and took a more traditional approach when it came to meeting women.

“I think I lasted all of a week on Hinge, and it just was not comfortable for me,” Graziadei, 28, told The Post.

“I’m not a dating-app guy. My entire life I’ve always been [meeting women through] mutual friends, trying to find people through natural situations. I always felt very uncomfortable trying to do those apps. I think my overall hours have to be less than a week on one of those things.”

The Pennsylvania native also limits his time on social media, especially after he was announced as “The Bachelor” for Season 28. Women began fawning over him online, calling him the “hottest” leading man the series had ever seen.

“The thing is, I try as much as I can to stay out of those DMs,” he said.

“I know there’s nothing good for me in there.”

Graziadei was living in Hawaii and teaching tennis when he was first approached by ABC producers through Instagram. That led him to be cast on Charity Lawson’s season of “The Bachelorette” in 2023, where he ended his journey as the runner-up.

When he was chosen as “The Bachelor,” he told producers that he was more interested in his future wife’s character than her appearance.

“I think for me, I tried so much to focus on personality,” he said.

“I’ve dated a lot of different women that come from different parts of life that look different. It’s never been about that. I think beauty comes in so many different ways.”

The reality star expressed that he hoped to find a partner who shared his values, which includes being considerate of others.

“For me, it was about finding someone that I actually was going to be compatible with, and a lot of what I said was just a very kindhearted, sweet person,” he explained.

“I wanted someone that was compassionate, that thought of other people, because I know how much I try to do that in my everyday life. And if I can’t have a partner that does that, too, it’s just not going to work out at the end of the day.”

This season, Graziadei will have his pick of 32 women vying to win his final rose.

The tennis pro said he aced the daunting task — at least when it came time to remembering all of their names.

“I’m lucky that since I teach tennis, I’ve had plenty of time with big clinics, so names, I think you can ask anyone, recall of names, recall of conversations, recalls of where they’re from,” he said.

“It’s a weird skill that I’ve had a lot of time to practice.”

“The Bachelor” Season 28 premieres Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
