Once upon a time in Hollywood, Leonardo DiCaprio’s estate underwent a Titanically large renovation.

New photos of the 48-year-old actor’s five-parcel, four-property Los Angeles compound reveal that the main house is getting refurbished both inside and out.

Freshly taken aerial shots of the sprawling private residence show machinery and building materials outside the building, and that its pool has been emptied.

There’s reportedly also a building permit out for a reroofing of the hilltop home, located in the Bird Streets neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills.

DiCaprio paid $2.5 million for the spread over two decades ago, and has since greatly expanded it into his own compound, most recently with the addition of a 3,500-square-foot four-bedroom.

He paid $10.5 million this past December for that home, which previously belonged to neighbors who’d once sued him over a basketball court on his side they claimed caused significant structural damage to their property, the Daily Mail reported

(The lawsuit was settled out of court.)

Built in 1963, the adjacent abode was bought off-market. It has a pool and a guesthouse in addition to the main residence, and is located on the northern property line of the “Wolf of Wall Street” star’s LA expanse.

The village-sized Bird Streets portfolio is far from the only real estate in the A-lister’s property profile: He also owns homes (and a vacant lot) in Malibu, multiple Manhattan condos, a Palm Springs space and a private island in Belize.

In 2021, he made headlines numerous times for trading up the homes within his roster, dumping his old Carbon Beach place for $10 million, listing his father’s $5.75 million LA home and shelling out $7.1 million to buy a Los Feliz pad.

The Los Feliz place was the actor’s second at the time, and located just a six-minute drive away from his other one, which he purchased for $4.9 million in 2018.
